Scale up survivor support groups to all districts in the country, ensuring wider community reach and sustained peer support; train an additional 100 TB Champions by 2026 to strengthen advocacy, awareness, and community-based response; actively participate in TB screening activities across all provinces to improve early detection and treatment outcomes; and expand integration with HIV programs to deliver coordinated, people-centred services that improve overall health outcomes and reduce disease burden.
